We pour our hearts into picking and packing your hampers, but once they leave our hands, they’re in the hands of our delivery partners. While they boast a 98% success rate, we have to be real: traffic, weather, and "road bumps" are outside our direct control.
- Patience is a Virtue: We aim for speed, but next-day delivery is an aspiration, not a guarantee.
- The Scenic Route: Sending love to the Highlands, Islands, or beautiful outskirts (like Jersey or Skye)? Please allow some extra transit time for those long-distance hauls.
- Peak Season Party: During busy holidays, your fruit might arrive a day early to make sure it beats the rush!
- Better Late Than Never? If the courier is more than 3 working days late, we’ll happily refund your delivery charge as a "sorry for the wait."
The Investigation: If a delivery goes AWOL, we’ll jump on the case with the courier. These investigations can take up to 7 working days. Depending on what we find, wemayoffer a refund or a redelivery at our discretion.
